The First Projects from the Spring Classes At RAC

The students are almost finished with the first projects - the old fashioned peony project and have been working of their hydrangeas and lilacs. Clockwise from the top ...Rose Hawkins, Jim Leitz and Dave McNeal. See...real men do paint flowers:) They have all done an excellent job and I will post the results of the other projects as soon as they are completed.

I have no doubt that these excellent paintings are by students of an excellent instructor! I especially like the one on the lower right, with those ruffled edges on the petals. All of that negative painting is done so well by all three, also! Thanks for sharing these with us.

Thanks for your comments, Rhonda and Susan. We have been working on negative painting in this class, so they will be glad to know that you noticed. :)
