I painted this tonight in preparation for my classes which begin on Monday the 11th. This will be the first project for the spring session of the watercolor class I teach at Riverside Art Center. This painting is 11" x 8" and is on 140 lb. cold-pressed watercolor paper.

Wow, Barb! Favorite flowers, second only to lilacs! So beautifully breathtaking!
Have enjoyed you working with the horizon line which makes such a difference to a composition. Liked the succulent very much and these hydrangeas make me feel I can't wait for my bushes to bloom in the summer.
Lovely, as usual, Barb.
I sure wish I lived close to the Riverside Art Center.

Thanks, Autumn Leaves! I love hydrangeas also.
Joan...thanks for following my projects on this blog. Your comments are so very much appreciated. I can't wait for mine to bloom either! :)
Thanks, Vicki! I wish you did also!
