Jamie and Sampson

I thought I would post a picture of my nephew, Lt. Jamie Hart, saying goodbye to Sampson, his Great Pyrenees dog, the morning he left for the middle east. He and Sam are very close and I know he misses Sam, the family and his girlfriend, Kira, especially now, during the holidays.
Merry Christmas, Jamie! We love you and miss you!
Love,
Aunt Barbara, Uncle Rock and the Family!

Barbara, so heartrendering, but at the same time so heartwarming--the love of a man for his beloved dog. Pray God takes care of and watches over your nephew. If you read this, Jamie: Merry Christmas to you from NH.

Such a loving photo, Barbara. Our thoughts and prayers are with your nephew and all who are serving our country.

I liked your December challenge painting with the beautiful sunrays drawing our eye to the bird.

Barb...Blessings to Jamie and his precious pet! I have been participating in Operation Warmheart, to aid families of deployed military and their loved ones here in the Southwest desert. May Jamie's service to our country be short and safe, and for the loved ones left behind peace and understanding of the sacrifices. Go with God, Jamie!
