Today is a bad day. We learned this
morning that our sister-in-law passed away during the night. She had
been mostly unresponsive since a severe fall 2 weeks ago with severe brain injuries.
I finished the ironing and thought - well, I should do some painting,
but my mind and body didn't really feel like painting.
I saw the paper chips that I always have
around for Zentangles, and picked up the pen and started the meditative
process of doing Zentangles...it is a very calming activity...one that I
always enjoy, but more so today as I thought of my dear sister-in-law
and all that she has meant to me and our family. She was a loving wife
and mother, one of the kindest people I have ever known and a real,
gentle lady. She will be missed.

Barb, I am so very sorry for your family's loss of Marcille. She sounds a wonderful lady. I'm glad you found some calm with the zentangles. I really like the hearts.
It is wonderful that you have found things to turn to during these sad times. I'm so sorry that this happened to your family and will pray for you all.
Zentangle comfort...so nice to read about. I am sorry to hear about your loss. Hugs, Ginny
