McCullough Lake, North Woods, Wisconsin

I included the photograph for this painting so you all can see that the colors were really as intense as I have been painting them.  This is a photo I took this autumn in the north woods of Wisconsin - awesome beauty up there this year.  The painting is 12" x 8" and is painted on 140 lb. cold-pressed watercolor paper.

Hi again, Barb. Now I'm confused too. For some reason, I thought that post removed. I just simply...scrolled down and there it was. I think I just confused the left to rust piece with one you'd done earlier. Yeesh. Can't take me anywhere. I'm loving these latest pieces so much, especially as autumn is my favorite season. You've captured just why in them.
