Cornflower
I painted some flowers for greeting cards today. This painting of a cornflower is approximately 6" x 4 1/2" and is painted on 140 lb. cold-pressed Canson watercolor paper.

Barb, I love the mix of hard and soft edges in the petals. A beautiful and deceptively simple piece!
Sherry - Thank you and yes, it is deceptively simple - those soft edges are not easy - are they?
