Grandma's Bean Pot - Monochromatic Painting

This is a painting I did this afternoon with my Thursday painting group, Muses Mix Media.  We decided to set up a still life and paint it monochromatically.  We had a great time  - such a good time that we decided to do another monochromatic still life next week.
This painting is 9" x 12" and is painted on 140 lb. cold-pressed watercolor paper.

Beautiful, Barbara. But then no surprise there. Every piece you do is magnificent.

You are so very kind - always! It is so nice to read comments on my paintings when you are writing them:) I had all my upper teeth extracted on Wednesday because of severe dental problems and had an upper plate put in place - ouch! I am swollen, but actually doing pretty well - but the purpose of telling you this, is that I needed that positive feedback this morning - Thank you so much!

Love the shine on the dark vase and the beautiful color all around - I think it's Grandma's Bean Pot and Grandpa's Jug :)
Ouch - so sorry for you painful mouth (nothing hurts worse than pain in your teeth!!). I hope you are feeling better and healing well now.
