"Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year."

I finished this painting this evening. It was painted for the Watercolor Workshop March project for something shiny. This was painted from a Wet Canvas photograph and is a full sheet of Arches cold-pressed 140 lb. watercolor paper. This was my first attempt at transparent bottles and was an ordeal, to say the least. Jana Dahmen told me to take it one stroke/area at a time and actually that helped. Jana is the "queen" of glass! Thanks, Jana.

I can 'feel' the thickness and smoothness of that wonderful glass. Well done and beautiful.

Thanks, Sandy. Painting this picture was an experience, but lots of fun. I am still not sure about the conflicting perspective angles. Barb

Wow, this is phenomenal--and a full sheet! The glass is wonderful, but so are the onions and garlic!
