The Yellow Dahlia

I finished this watercolor recently and used it as a lesson for my watercolor class at Riverside Art Center.  The painting is 9" x 12" and is painted on 140 lb. Canson cold-pressed watercolor paper.  The source was from a photo I found on the PMP web site.

As usual, you knock me out, kiddo.

I ordered some clapboard to try. Read an article in Watercolor mag about a watercolor artist who uses it and says it's somewhat like hot press wc paper. Then she finishes it off with WAX. I am going to try it.

Note I did not order clapboard.
I ordered CLAYBOARD. Sigh.
