Watercolor is my passion. After teaching art in the public schools for 40 + years I now have time to create art for myself. I am a watercolorist who sometimes likes to work in mixed media as well. My journey in art began when I was a small child and continues to this day. Barbara Hart Sailor

This is my second painting for the challenge 30 Paintings in 30 Days. It is also the second challenge painting for the month of January for Watercolor Workshop where we are to use our non-dominant hand to paint a photo selected by the group. This painting was done on 140 lb. Fabriano Artistico cold-pressed watercolor paper and is small - 7" x 4".

Just stunning work with that water reflection, Barb. A beautiful piece and one would never know this was from your non-dominant hand.
That's it...I just have to participate in this project! I think I will try this with both hands and see which turns out the loosest. I love this Barb, especially the warmer colors you used.
Thanks, Sherry. It is an all new experience painting with the left hand.
Susan - if you try this you have to show me - I am anxious to see how the 2 come out.
