My
painting for day 13 is a floral transparent watercolor. It is painted
on 140 lb. Fabriano Artistico cold-pressed watercolor paper. The main
colors were quinacridone rose-violet, sap green, burnt sienna and
sepia. The center is a naples yellow background with a mixture of the
violet and yellow for the shadows.

Sweet!
I am a big fan.
Oh Ginny...Thanks! The feeling is mutual!!!
It is like looking at a flower through the zoom lens of a camera. Just beautiful and the shadows are exquisite.
This has the vibrancy and, dare I say looseness, of a painting on Yupo! Your value system is above any others'!
Sherry...thank you so much for the "fine" comments. You are always appreciated.
It is funny that you mention YUPO because I just posted today's painting and-guess what? It is on YUPO! Now - I don't handle YUPO very well - not like you - you have so much control on YUPO paper.
Thanks for mentioning my value system because I really like strong value contrast - and am honored that you noticed.
